Coverage Needed

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Day 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / Night 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Clinical Details

• EMR System: Epic
• Practice Settings: Inpatient - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III)
• Patients Per Day: 10-12 per APP
• Support Staff: Supervising physician present during assignment
• Trauma Level: Level I Trauma; Level III NICU
• APP will not work autonomously
• Procedures (Required/Preferred): Delivery room attendance, neonatal resuscitation, PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, needle aspiration, chest tube placement
• Patient Demographic: Neonates

Requirements

• Board: Board certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.)
• NRP (advanced provider or instructor status)
• Licenses: Active Michigan license; no new license candidates
• NPDB: Self-query NPDB within the last month
• Experience: Neonatal experience; new graduates not accepted
