This facility is a high-volume, high-acuity medical center featuring 28 operating rooms and serving as a top-tier surgical and trauma destination in the region. The facility operates a robust locums program with strong provider support and also utilizes a satellite location approximately 15 minutes away for additional surgical coverage.

Advanced Practice - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:
  • Seeking 3 CRNAs for full-time locum coverage through May 2027, with an anticipated start date as soon as credentialing is complete (60-90 days)
  • High-volume, high-acuity, and fast-paced surgical environment with busy procedural schedules
  • Top-tier trauma experience is required to be considered as a candidate
  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week required; providers must be available full time on an ongoing basis - no week on/week off or piecemeal schedules
  • Shifts scheduled as 8, 10, or 12-hour days dependent on scheduled procedures
  • Overtime applied after 40-hour work week; guaranteed hours are not offered due to the volume of providers in the locums program
  • Providers may be required to work at a satellite facility located approximately 15 minutes from the primary location
  • Head and spine surgical cases will be performed at this facility
  • Required skills include general anesthesia (adult and pediatric), spinal anesthesia, and neurosurgical cases (head and spine)
  • Preferred skills include neonatal anesthesia, complex vascular cases, complex orthopedic cases, and arterial line placement
  • Board certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications required
  • DEA required; credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
  • Long-term housing assistance available at approximately $3,600 per month

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
