- Inpatient Hematology/Oncology
- Benign and malignant hematology
- Initial consults
- Ongoing patient care
- Discharge execution
- Clinic visits including cycle 1 day 1 chemotherapy overview
- Ongoing chemotherapy visits
- Survivorship
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- EMR: Epic
- Start Date: ASAP
- Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Licensure: Active Minnesota license
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
