  • Clinic and hospital rounds/consults

  • Amputations
  • 15 patients per day with 2 consults per day
• Patient Population: Adults 18+
• Hospital Bed Size: 150 beds
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license; DEA required
• Minimum Experience: 1 year of vascular experience
