Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal components, specifically refuse and recycling containers. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced shop environment, ideal for someone with solid welding experience and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and repair refuse and recycling containers
• Perform MIG and Stick welding to meet production and quality standards
• Read and interpret basic work instructions or fabrication requirements
• Operate welding equipment and related tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished work to ensure structural integrity and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience with MIG and Stick welding required
• Familiarity with welding tools, equipment, and fabrication processes
• Understanding of safety practices in a shop environment
• Must have own welding shield and basic tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, bending)
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to pass a Background Check and a drug test (Smoke-Free Facility)
