Chief Anesthesia Manager (CRNA) - Charleston, SC
The hospital is seeking an experienced Chief Anesthesia Manager (CRNA) to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a large anesthesia provider team within a nationally recognized academic medical center.

Job Overview

• Duration: Permanent position
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• On Call: As determined by departmental leadership responsibilities
  
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct oversight of CRNAs, CAAs, and support personnel
  • Partner with the Director of Anesthesia Providers and Technicians on departmental operations
  • Support provider recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
  • Ensure high standards of clinical quality through observation, coaching, evaluation, and feedback
  • Promote provider engagement, accountability, and clinical excellence throughout the department
• Case Mix & Procedures: Trauma, transplant, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, GU/GYN, robotics, burns, CT, MRI, bronchoscopy, neuroangiography, interventional radiology

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent
• Active SC CRNA license or willingness to obtain
• Current CRNA certification and recertification
• BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 5 years clinical CRNA experience
