Our client, is looking for a compassionate Pediatric Dentist or an experienced General Dentist who enjoys treating children in a fun, supportive, and fast-paced pediatric practice.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients ages 1 21, primarily ages 3 9
- Perform restorative procedures, including:
- Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs)
- Fillings
- Pulpotomies
- Simple Extractions
- Conduct hygiene checks and recare exams
- Provide same-day treatment when clinically appropriate
- Educate patients and parents on oral health and treatment options
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced pediatric environment
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with at least one year of pediatric clinical experience
- Washington dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Active Medicaid Provider ID
- Current Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required by state)
- Comfortable treating pediatric patients and managing child behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-first approach
Practice Environment
Our providers are comfortable:
- Seeing approximately patients per day
- Managing operative patients daily while completing hygiene checks
- Working with a patient population that is primarily Medicaid with some PPO patients
- Collaborating with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
- Thriving in a busy, efficient pediatric practice
