Electrical Helper

Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians and technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and communication systems
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites as needed
• Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
• Support the team with wiring, conduit bending, and cable pulling tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
• Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies

Requirements:

• No prior electrical experience required - a willingness to learn is a must
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to job site safety
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
