Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated 1st to 2nd Year Apprentice Electrician. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting more experienced Electricians with installing electrical systems on commercial projects. You're expected to help ensure safe and reliable electrical installations while adhering to all safety standards.

Duties

• Assist with the installation and wiring of electrical systems in commercial settings using blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other testing equipment.
• Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for all installations.
• Help conduct inspections of electrical systems on construction projects, identifying potential hazards or code violations.
• Collaborate with other trades during construction projects.
• Maintain records of work performed.
• Ensure all work is performed safely while adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and testing devices.
• Knowledge of NEC standards for safe electrical installations.
• Construction site experience with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Collaborating with team members and other trades.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and clean MVR required.
• Must possess your own basic hand tools.
• Good work ethic and professional attitude are necessary.
• Must be reliable and know how to take the initiative and work safely. Willingness to learn. Employer will provide training, as needed.
