Shift Description
6 AM - 6 PM
6 PM - 6 AM

Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in EM, FM, or IM with 2 years of EM experience
ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
Must have active LA license, DEA, and controlled substance registration
Residency in EM/FM/IM

Assignment Details
Annual volume: approximately 17,000-19,000 visits
5 ED beds
25-bed critical access hospital
Special services include CT scan, ICU, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound
Staffing Model for APP: 10 hours/4 days a week (11 AM - 9 PM M/T/TH/F)
EMR: Ochsner Epic
