Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)


Job Details:

  • Weekend shift coverage needed every Saturday and Sunday, 8 or 12 hours depending on department needs

  • Daytime shift availability with 5 x 8-hour shifts

  • Surgical specialties include GYN, Orthopedics, Cystoscopy, General Surgery, Cardiac, Pulmonary, Pediatrics, Endoscopy, OB, Vascular, Neuro Spine, and EP

  • General anesthesia required for adult, pediatric, and trauma cases

  • Obstetrical cases required; no regional anesthesia required

  • Neurosurgical spine cases required

  • Open heart, thoracic, and complex vascular anesthesia required

  • Complex orthopedic cases required

  • Ventilation management required

  • Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues required

  • Arterial line placement required; central line placement preferred

  • CRNA supervision required

  • Board certification required with minimum certification of Certified

  • Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS

  • Trauma Level 3 facility

  • 2-5 patient encounters per shift

  • 30-minute lunch deducted from time worked per day

The team is composed of both MDAs and CRNAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment with challenging and diverse case volumes.
