Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Join a dynamic team in a well-established healthcare facility located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This locum position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive staff. You will be part of a team that handles a variety of surgical cases, ensuring high-quality patient care in both adult and pediatric populations.
Job Responsibilities:- Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases including both adult and pediatric patients.
- Provide IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, and epidural anesthesia.
- Manage anesthesia for obstetrical and neurosurgical cases.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operations in the main OR and Endoscopy units.
- Maintain precise documentation using Meditech Expanse EMR system.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia administration.
- Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) - Required
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications - Required
- Active Massachusetts state license or willingness to obtain - Required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred (New graduates are welcome to apply) - Highly preferred
- A Self-Query NPDB report must be provided at the time of submission - Required
- Current and valid BLS certification
- Current and valid ACLS certification
- Board Certification from AANA
- Must possess or be willing to obtain an active state license in Massachusetts
