Since April 2026 alone, we ve given our over-the-road drivers a $0.07 per mile increase.

Job Description:

Pennsylvania is home to one of our largest terminals and the state where Shaffer Trucking was founded and it's home to some of our major customers. Drivers from Pennsylvania can choose frequent home time on a dedicated fleet or drive on regional or national OTR fleets.

Salary: Top 50% average $107,216 per year

CPM: Starting pay $.68 to $.71 cpm

Experience: One-year verifiable tractor trailer experience with a class A CDL
