Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the automotive sales team (6-15 members)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales staff through training initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations to maximize satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee inventory management of new and used vehicles
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
  • Monitor team performance and analyze sales metrics
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to close sales effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in automotive sales
  • Valid driver's license and relevant sales license
  • Proficiency in automotive sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Strong negotiation, team leadership, and inventory management skills
  • Ability to perform market analysis and communicate effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
