Location: Franklin, IN Setting: Employee health/primary care Schedule: M/W/F 7:30-4:30 & Tu/Th 9:30-6:30

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Provide employee health/primary care
• Patient volume: 7 12 per day
• EMRs: Athena
• Supported by APPs, physician, and nursing staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified NP
• Active IN license
• BLS certificate
• Minimum 2 year of primary care experience
