Critical Care NP/PA - Peoria, Illinois
- Seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join an inpatient ICU team
- Join a team of 4 Critical Care Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Assist with management of critical care patients in the ICU alongside Pulmonology/Critical Care Physicians and Providers
- Procedures will be performed
- Full procedural training completed over several months of orientation
- Work within a 12-bed CVICU and 12-bed Medical/Surgical ICU
- Average patient census is 5 patients per shift
- Flexible and varied schedule with 8- or 12-hour shifts
- Mix of weekday, night, evening, and weekend shifts
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Master's degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant training
- 1 to 3 years of Acute Care or Intensive Care experience as a Provider or RN required
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or physician assistant licensure
- Ability to manage critical care patients in an ICU setting
- Interest in procedural training and hands-on critical care support
- Comfortable working varied shifts, including weekdays, nights, evenings, and weekends
- Employed position with a financially sound, integrated health system
