JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC in Medical Oncology (required), BC in Hematology (preferred)
  
• Licenses: Active VA License
  
• Certifications: BLS
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to adult and geriatric patients in both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings.
  
• Manage outpatient clinic with an average of 12-25 patients per day.
  
• Perform inpatient rounding and manage 2-8 hospital patients per day, including call coverage.
  
• Cover call from Friday 5pm to Monday 7am (or Saturday 8a to Monday 8a) as per schedule.
  
• Collaborate with the existing physician (no APP support) and utilize Epic EMR for documentation.
