General Assembly Operator
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
Breaks: Two 10-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a temp-to-hire General Assembly Operator position. This role involves performing assembly and production tasks in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include assembling products according to work instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety and production procedures, learning multiple assembly processes, moving between workstations or departments as needed, and working as part of a team to meet production goals.
Requirements include the ability to stand and be on your feet for most of the shift, willingness to learn new processes, flexibility to work in different production areas, strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail. Manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required.
This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
