OH - NP contract in Beachwood - July 17-August 28

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting July 17-August 28 at their Corporate Health Center in Beachwood, OH. Provider will see ages 6 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am-7:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
