Requirements:

• Active, valid LPN state license.
• BLS certification.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor, document, and report patient vital signs continuously.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and charting.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
