Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: Infusion coverage at two locations with night call
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology; Average 30 patients per day outpatient
- Required procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters and Bone Marrow Biopsy; Participation on Tumor Board, management of Bone Marrow Transplants, ordering tests and images, prescribing, blood bank duties, and administration of chemotherapy
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Board Certified
- Certifications: BLS
- Licensure: Active Indiana license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
