- Duties: Independently evaluates patients, documents plan of care, some new patient evaluations (benign and malignant hematology), manages chemo toxicities

Requirements
- Active CT License
- Board Certified
- ONS chemotherapy cert
- BLS, ACLS
- DEA
- Outpatient hematology experience preferred
- Chemotherapy prescribing experience (certification)
- Experience with bone marrow biopsy
- Epic proficient
