About This Opportunity

DavinWorks Inc is hiring qualified electrical workers for a commercial project in Windsor, Colorado. We are looking for reliable, safety-minded candidates with commercial or industrial electrical experience who are ready to work consistent hours on a fast-paced project.

Role Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test commercial electrical systems including conduit, wire, panels, and devices

• Read and work from blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications

• Perform rough-in and finish electrical work on commercial construction projects

• Coordinate with foreman, GC, and other trades on daily scope and production targets

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA and site safety plans

• Apprentices will work under the direction of a Licensed Journeyman and perform tasks consistent with their registration level

Colorado Licensed Journeyman Electrician

$45.00/hr

Lead Licensed Journeyman / Foreman

$50.00/hr

Colorado Registered Apprentice (APP-1 through APP-4)

$30.00 - $40.00/hr

Per Diem

Provided based on project assignment and classification; rate confirmed in writing upon placement

Overtime

1.5x for all hours over 40/week

Final rates confirmed in writing based on verified classification, experience, project fit, and compliance approval.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician license OR active Colorado Electrical Apprentice registration (APP-1 through APP-4)

• Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical experience for Licensed Journeyman; minimum 5 years for Lead Journeyman/Foreman roles

• OSHA 10 certification required (minimum); OSHA 30 preferred

• Ability to provide license or registration number for verification

• Commercial or industrial electrical experience required

• Must be available for scheduled overtime (58+ hrs/week expected)

• Reliable transportation and basic electrical tools

• Background check required

• Safety-minded, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
