DFW Concrete Professionals is seeking an experienced Lead Concrete Sawing Operator to join our growing team.

Position: Lead Concrete Sawing Operator
Location: DFW Metroplex
Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience

Responsibilities:
• Operate and oversee concrete sawing equipment, including wall saws, slab saws, core drills, and hand saws
• Lead crews on job sites while maintaining safety and production standards
• Read project plans and execute precise cuts to specifications
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members

Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of concrete cutting/sawing experience
Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and job site protocols
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions
Dependable, professional, and motivated

Our wide variety of services has allowed us to establish relationships with several large GCs who continue to choose to work with us.
