Junior Estimator (Commercial Tile & Stone)

We are looking for a Junior Estimator to join our team in Edison, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of construction experience who wants to grow their career in estimating.

This is not a design or drafting role-the focus is on reading plans, performing take-offs, gathering pricing, and supporting the bid process for commercial tile and stone projects.

What You'll Do

• Review and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs for tile, stone, and related materials
• Assist in preparing accurate and competitive bids and proposals
• Request and compare pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• Organize and track multiple bids and project documentation
• Support project managers with budgeting and estimating tasks

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with estimating or takeoff software is a plus
• 1-2 years of construction experience preferred
• Tile or stone experience is a plus, but not required
