We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to manage and oversee a fully automated junction box machine. This role involves monitoring production processes, ensuring efficient machine operation, and performing basic troubleshooting when necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in Chinese and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with basic technical and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a fully automated junction box machine.
• Ensure consistent production output and quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve minor machine issues using a tablet or computer.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report more complex issues to maintenance or supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized production workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese.
• Basic computer skills (tablet and/or desktop use).
• Ability to operate automated machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Physical Requirements
