• Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, plus weekday on-call (4:30 PM 7:00 AM)
• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract (with option to renew through 2029)
• License/Certs: Unencumbered MD/DO license, US-trained Urology Residency, DEA, BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Urology residency trained, with relevant surgical skills

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $285/hour all-inclusive
• On-call pay: $30/hour for on-call hours, plus additional for callback hours

What You ll Do:

• Cover outpatient clinics 4 days per week, providing specialized urological care
• Perform scheduled surgical procedures in the assigned OR day
• Respond to patient emergencies during on-call shifts, including weekends
• Manage patient consultations, follow-ups, and treatments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and facility policies

What You Need:

• Valid and unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) in any U.S. state
• Urology residency trained from a US-accredited program
• DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
