What You ll Do
  • Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
  • Collaborate closely with hematologists, oncologists, infusion teams, nurses, and support staff
  • Support patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
  • Utilize Epic EMR to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care
  • Assist with patient education, care planning, and follow-up
  • Support multidisciplinary tumor board discussions and clinical trial access
  • Provide inpatient collaboration as needed within a hospital environment
What You Need
  • MN license and Board Certification as PA or APP
  • 2+ years experience in hematology/oncology preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Flexibility to support outpatient oncology services with occasional inpatient collaboration
