- Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
- Collaborate closely with hematologists, oncologists, infusion teams, nurses, and support staff
- Support patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
- Utilize Epic EMR to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care
- Assist with patient education, care planning, and follow-up
- Support multidisciplinary tumor board discussions and clinical trial access
- Provide inpatient collaboration as needed within a hospital environment
- MN license and Board Certification as PA or APP
- 2+ years experience in hematology/oncology preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Flexibility to support outpatient oncology services with occasional inpatient collaboration
This outpatient-focused hematology/oncology role is based within a community hospital with access to an extensive cancer treatment network. You'll work within a dedicated team supporting patients of all ages, providing full-spectrum care including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies. The practice is supported by comprehensive resources, including clinical trials, advanced imaging, and allied health services, to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care.
