Seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park.Position Details
• Outpatient-only Rheumatology practice
• Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians
• Rheumatology experience preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)
• Average volume: 12 Äì15 patients/day
• Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
• Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
• Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting

• Base Salary: $120,000 Äì $130,000 (based on experience)
• Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time
• wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 Äì $20,000+ annually
• CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year
