Family Practice - Without OB Physician

• Work Dates Needed: Apr - Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule: Mon-Thur (8a-4p); Fri (8a-3p)
• Worksite Setting: Outpatient
• Scope of Work:

18 ppd- 9 in the morning and 9 in the afternoon
APP coverage
All ages, newborn to geriatric
Annual wellness visits, physicals, well child visits, sick visits, ER follow up, hospital follow up, pre op visits
Comfortable with high volume and documentation
90% adults / 10% peds

• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license preferred, IMLC accepted w LOQ, ABFM, will accept ABIM with experience in FM and seeing peds, DEA, ACLS ,and BLS
• EMR: Clinical works
