Location: Elizabeth City, NC
Overview:
Our practice provides primary care services across community and field-based settings. Our Nurse Practitioner will support patient care delivery in both mobile and clinic environments. This role focuses on improving access to care for underserved populations.
Position Offers:
• Part-time schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and occasional Saturday
• Competitive compensation: $55 $60 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnosis development in clinic and field settings
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with evidence-based treatment plans
• Complete intake, obtain vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR documentation
• Provide patient education in English and Spanish on disease prevention and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with outreach staff to coordinate care for farmworker populations
• Support communication between English and Spanish-speaking patients and clinical teams
• Participate in quality improvement and care delivery initiatives
Qualifications:
• Current NP licensure (or eligibility) in North Carolina
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program
• National NP certification (Family or Adult-Gerontology or eligible)
• BLS certification
• Spanish speaking proficiency (medical terminology)
• Experience or interest in primary care or underserved populations
