Requirements:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients' physical and functional limitations.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily tasks.
• Train patients in the correct use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, progress, and changes in condition.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures to maintain a safe therapy environment.
