• Contract (Non-Travel), 14 weeks
• Start date: June 29, 2026
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Rate: Local: $1,285 / 35 hours

Required Credentials

• Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
• Registry personnel must present state or federal photo ID at facility and wear a photo badge at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed interventions and exercises.
• Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment as directed.
• Instruct patients in exercise programs; educate patients and families on home programs for recovery.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures and facility policies.
