Job Details:

  • 26-week contract with options to extend
  • Full-time schedule, 4x10 shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
  • Must be available 4 weeks per month
  • Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
  • Practice setting is a hospital-based Level 1 Trauma Center
  • CRNAs are medically directed, typically at a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio with Anesthesiologists
  • Support staff includes CRNAs, Anesthesia Technicians, and Anesthesiologists
  • Coverage areas include Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neurology (no cardiac or OB)
  • Patient population spans all age groups excluding Neonatal (includes Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics)
  • Daily patient volume ranges from 1 to 9 patients per day
  • Required skills include intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and general line placement
  • All providers will be required to work NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia)
  • EMR system is EPIC; EPIC experience preferred
  • Board Certification through NBCRNA required
  • Active Kentucky state license required; open to licensing assistance
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required; new graduates will not be considered
  • Recent experience in a large medical center setting required

The facility is equipped with modern technology including an EPIC EMR system and provides care across a broad range of specialties including orthopedics, trauma, vascular, and neurology.
