Job Description Santa Rosa Medical Center is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Hospital Medicine team in a nocturnist role in Milton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider to work in a well-supported inpatient environment with strong physician collaboration and structured team coverage. Position Highlights

• PRN Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Nocturnist role)
• 7-on / 7-off block schedule
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Inpatient Hospital Medicine setting
• Strong physician and APP team coverage
• Structured nocturnist support model
• This nocturnist opportunity offers flexibility, strong team support, and a balanced inpatient practice in a desirable Northwest Florida coastal community.

Team Structure

• Day team: 2 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider
• Night coverage: 1 advanced practice provider
