Core Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician guidance.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and record changes in patient status.
• Manage wound care: clean, dress, evaluate, and monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care as appropriate.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
