Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 10-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Highlights

Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Practice Setting:
- Small community hospital
- Seven operating rooms
- One endoscopy suite
- On-campus outpatient surgery center
Patient Volume:
- More than 30 cases daily, including out-of-OR cases
Patient Population:
- Ages 12 years and older
- Approximately 95% adults
- Approximately 5% pediatric patients
Case Mix Includes:
- General anesthesia
- Orthopedic procedures
- Spine surgeries
- Gynecology
- Ophthalmology
- Plastic surgery
- General surgery
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
- Ventilation management
- Arterial line placement
- GI procedures
- Cardiovascular/TEE coverage
- MRI anesthesia coverage
Support & Technology
EMR System:
- Epic
Anesthesia Model:
- Medical direction ACT model
- 4:1 supervision ratio
Requirements
- NBCRNA Certification - Required
- Active South Carolina License - Required
- Willing to consider candidates needing South Carolina licensure
- BLS Certification through AHA - Required
- ACLS Certification through AHA - Required
- PALS Certification through AHA - Required
- Minimum of two years of CRNA experience - Required
- Clean background history - Required
Credentialing Timeframe
- Approximately 60 days with active South Carolina license
- Approximately 90+ days without active South Carolina license
