What You'll Be Doing- Perform moderate and high-complexity testing on a variety of patient specimens
- Analyze and verify laboratory results with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize advanced laboratory instrumentation and technology
- Maintain quality control standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues as needed
- Collaborate with fellow laboratory professionals and healthcare providers to ensure outstanding patient care
- Maintain compliance with all laboratory, safety, and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or related scientific discipline
- Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to quality
- Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
