Pediatrics Physician Assistant

NP - Pediatric OpportunityLocation: Berlin, NH• Integrated Pediatric Role: Position is integrated within the Family Medicine clinic, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary primary care team.• Schedule: Full-time position with 32-40 hours per week. Option for a four-day work week with four 8-9 hour shifts.Compensation:•Nurse Practitioner: Approximately $125,000 - $150,000 for a 40-hour work week.• No Call Requirements: No night or weekend call responsibilities.• Collaborative Care Model: Access to Integrated Behavioral Health services to support comprehensive pediatric care.• CME Support: $3,600 CME allowance plus one week of CME leave annually.• EMR System: Utilizes AthenaOne electronic medical record system.• Benefits Package: Competitive benefits including combined paid time off, retirement match, health and dental insurance, and short-term disability coverage.• Malpractice Coverage: Provided as part of the employment package.• Loan Repayment Eligibility: Opportunity to participate in federal and state student loan repayment programs.
