What You'll Do:
What You'll Do:
- Prepare timely and complete financial statements and complete month-end close process
- Calculate financial and operating metrics
- Calculate anomalies and report significant issues to management
- Provide financial analyses as needed for management review
- Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll - coordination of payroll filings
- Assist with tasks required for external audits
- Assist with Federal and State reporting requirements (tax, Sec of State)
- Prepare payroll for submission to processor
- Prepare cash forecasts
- Maintain all employee salary information and life insurance
- Responsible for all ACH payments
- Assist Staff Accountant with 1099 processing and multiple request for duplicate 1099s
- Bachelor's degree - Required
- 3 years accounting experience - Required
- Knowledge of accounting rules and processes
- Knowledge of payroll rules and reporting requirements
