- Manage obstetric patient care, including labor and delivery, antepartum, and postpartum cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation and complete required patient records
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and legal requirements
- Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and provide expert clinical guidance
- Support hospital staff and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Required:
- Current medical license in Texas
- Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN or relevant specialty
- Minimum of specify years of obstetric/hospitalist experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in hospital medicine or OB hospitalist roles
- BLS/ACLS certified
- Familiarity with EMR systems
