Del Galdo Law Group, LLC is a mid-sized firm that specializes in representing public entities with offices in Berwyn and Chicago. The firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-5+ years' experience. The Litigation Attorney will defend and prosecute a wide variety of cases on behalf of primarily government clients in areas such as: tort, real estate, local prosecutions, administrative review, injunctive relief, construction, environmental, contract disputes, civil rights, labor and employment, and employment discrimination. This attorney will also be responsible for drafting status updates to insurance carriers, conducting written and oral discovery, taking and defending depositions, the writing of motions, and trying cases.


Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
