Elder Law Services of California is looking for an associate attorney to join our firm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• The attorney will be in charge of reviewing and drafting Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, HIPAA documents, and more.
• Managing client files and records.
• Preparing legal documents and other forms of communication between attorney and client.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California
• Experience in Estate Planning and Trust Administration is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work independently when needed,
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
• TEAM PLAYER- the ability to work well with others as well as under pressure in a stressful environment.
