FACILITY INFORMATION

Surgical Suites: 11 suites in the Main OR and 6 in the Outpatient Surgery Center

Robotic Systems: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 available

Call Schedule: 1:3

Hospital Coverage: Single hospital coverage

Administrative Support: Strong and supportive leadership and staff

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Adult patients

Case Mix: General urology and surgical cases

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges: Required

Salary: Competitive base salary ($500,000+) plus production bonus

General urologic surgeries

Robotic-assisted urologic procedures using Da Vinci systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility

Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver comprehensive urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing advanced OR technologies

Participate in call coverage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
