Job Details:
Full-time coverage with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum of 36 hours per weekTwo consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of the assignment; after three months, every other week schedule may be honoredShift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules running 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or 6:30 AM to 7:00 PMBeeper call available on some Saturdays (12 hours) and weeknights (8 hours); occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends are welcome but not requiredSupervised practice model within a Care Team Model with a 4:1 ratio and a 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department to support room turnover and supply managementPatient population is ages 12 and olderTertiary/Level III hospital facility settingEMR system: EpicCRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinalsSpecialized care procedures involvedLicensed Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensure through the MN Board of Nursing requiredACLS/BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required upon hireMinimum of 1 year of experience requiredMust reside 50 miles or more from the facility to be consideredMinnesota is not a compact stateSkills checklist required at time of submissionFacility:
