Position Details:

Patient Population: Newborn to Geriatric (20 patients per day)

Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Provide Family Medicine care for patients from newborn to geriatric age groups
• Adult Outpatient Care
• Pediatric General Outpatient Care
• Perform Gynecology Pelvic Exams and Pap Smears
• Interpret EKGs

Required Procedures:

• Gynecology Pelvic Exams
• Pap Smears
• EKG Interpretation

EMR System: Cerner

Support Staff:

• One Medical Assistant (MA) per provider
• One Patient Access Representative (PAR) per provider

Days Per Month:

• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

On-Call/Weekends:

• No Call Requirements
• No Weekend Requirements

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active Michigan License
• Family Medicine Experience
• Local to Michigan
• Self-Query NPDB Report (within 30 days)
