Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

Coverage Dates:

Practice Details: Setting: Hospital + In-office clinic

• Patient Volume: Clinic sees adult patients/day
• Hospital: 268-bed facility
• EMR: Cerner

Cath Lab / EP Work:

• Hospital consults: 3 4 per day
• EP cases: 4 6 per day depending on case length

Required Skills / Procedures:

• Cardiac Electrophysiology experience required
• Must have 100 EP cases in the last 2 years in case logs, with strong ablation experience
• Must be comfortable with:
  • Ablations
  • TEEs
  • Moderate sedation independently
  • Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System

Requirements:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• AZ license required /IMLC accepted
• AZ DEA required
• ACLS required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
