Cardiology - Electrophysiology Physician

Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours only
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8a-5pm; no call required
Looking for full-time but will also take 2 weeks per month ongoing

Work Details:

• Coverage Needed: Up to 40 hours per week once per month and as needed for vacation coverage
  
• Patient Volume:
  
• Outpatient: 16 patients/day
  
• Inpatient: patients/day
  
• Patient Age Range:
  
• Department: Electrophysiology
  
• EMR: Epic
  
• Hospital Size: 270 beds
  

Support Staff:

• Outpatient: 1 assigned clinical team
  
• Inpatient: 1 assigned APP
  

EP Procedures / Skills Required:

Must be comfortable with:

• Pacemaker implants
  
• ICD implants (traditional and sub-Q)
  
• Loop recorder implant/explant
  
• Ablations: AVNRT, SVT, Aflutter

Requirements:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
  
• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required at time of submission
  
• DEA required
  
• ACLS & BLS required
