You ll step into an outpatient pediatric dental role focused on preventive care, restorative procedures, patient education, and treatment planning. You ll work alongside an experienced dental team in a progressive, well-run, and financially stable organization dedicated to providing high-quality care.

• 8 20 patients per day based on provider preference and bandwidth

Compensation & Benefits

• Production compensation of 34% for W-2 providers
• Production compensation of 38% for 1099 providers
• $12,000 sign-on bonus paid immediately with a 2-year contract
