The Commercial Electrical Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing and directing small teams of 1-5 workers on a variety of commercial electrical projects, including renovations, new construction, mixed-use developments, and warehouse facilities. This position ensures that electrical installations and maintenance are performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while coordinating project timelines and maintaining active communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate small electrical teams on diverse commercial projects
• Manage electrical installation and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Perform quality control and troubleshoot electrical issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
• Develop scheduling plans and maintain progress reports
• Train team members and oversee equipment management
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification in electrical systems
• Journeyman Electrician License
• OSHA Safety Certification
• Knowledge of commercial electrical systems and blueprint reading
• Expertise in electrical code compliance and project management
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
